Buxheti me pjesëmarrje, Labinot Fushë

Takimi i radhës i Buxhetimit me Pjesëmarrje ka qenë në Labinot Fushë ku banorët vendosën përparësitë e tyre mbi investimet e vitit të ardhshëm. Në më shumë se një dekadë Buxhëtimi me Pjesëmarrje është konsideruar si forma më e mirë e qeverisjes me njerëzit dhe e përfshirjes së tyre drejtpërdrejt në vendimmarrje. Kryetari i Bashkisë Z. Llatja tha se takimet me banorët janë një traditë e mirë e cila do të vijojë dhe do të shtrihet edhe nëpër fshatra. Duke i konsideruar të rëndësishme problematikat e ngritura Llatja tha se vetë banorët do të përcaktojnë prioritet e tyre ndërkohë që me të tjera projekte do të ndërhyhet edhe në pjesët e mbetura. Por Kryetari i Bashkisë përmendi edhe vështirësitë që kanë krijuar në buxhet tërmeti i një viti më parë dhe pandemia që vazhdon ende. Buxheti i vitit 2021 tha Llatja do të jetë më tepër një buxhet i fokusuar në çështjet sociale, por pa lënë pas dore edhe shërbimet e tjera ndaj qytetit e fshatrave. Banorët e Labinotit Fushë kërkuan qendrën shëndetësore të fshatit, argjinatura mbrojtëse nga lumi Shkumbin, edhe pse disa ndërhyrje janë bërë në Shushicë, këtu vërshimi i lumit sjell rrezikshmëri. Po ashtu rrugët e fshatrave, uji i pijshëm dhe kanalizimet e ujërave të zeza mbeten çështje të domosdoshme.Pasi përcaktojnë prioritetet, banorët votojnë për dy apo tre projektet më të rëndësishme dhe që prekim një komunitet më të gjerë.
